Our Drivers Are the Heart of Rapid Fire Freight
At Rapid Fire Freight, we believe that a company is only as good as the people behind the wheel.
That's why we built our business differently.
Before we ever launched, we spent countless hours talking with experienced drivers across the industry. We wanted to know what worked, what didn't, and how we could build a company that treated both our customers and our drivers with respect.
Our drivers helped shape the way Rapid Fire Freight operates—including our pricing.
We didn't create our rates sitting behind a desk. We built them with real-world input from professional drivers who understand what it actually takes to complete a delivery safely, efficiently, and on time. We believe fair rates allow us to provide exceptional service while making sure our drivers are paid what they're worth.
Experienced Professionals You Can Trust
Every driver in our network brings years of industry experience.
They know how to secure freight properly, communicate with customers, navigate time-sensitive deliveries, and represent Rapid Fire Freight professionally at every pickup and delivery.
Many also carry TWIC cards and arrive equipped with the PPE required by industrial facilities, refineries, warehouses, and job sites.
When one of our drivers arrives, you can feel confident knowing your shipment is in experienced hands.
We Believe Drivers Deserve Better
As we talked with drivers throughout the industry, we kept hearing the same stories.
Many told us they loved driving—but hated how they were paid.
One experienced driver shared that nearly 30% of his paycheck disappeared every week because of deductions. Charges for tarping, securing loads, equipment, administrative fees, insurance, and other expenses kept adding up until a significant portion of his earnings was gone.
Hearing stories like that didn't sit right with us.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Fair Pay Creates Better Service
At Rapid Fire Freight, our drivers earn 70% to 75% of every load they complete.
We don't believe in piling on unnecessary deductions.
In fact, the only standard deduction we take is $30 per week to provide cargo insurance coverage for our contract drivers.
That's it.
When drivers are treated fairly and paid honestly, they take pride in their work. They stay motivated, provide excellent customer service, and build long-term relationships with the customers they serve.
Everyone wins.
A Company Built on Relationships
We're a small, family-owned business, and we believe people matter.
Our drivers aren't just names on a dispatch screen—they're part of the Rapid Fire Freight family.
We listen to their ideas, value their experience, and work together to build a company we're all proud to represent.
When you choose Rapid Fire Freight, you're supporting a business that values honesty, fairness, and the hardworking professionals who keep freight moving every day.
Because taking care of our drivers means they can take even better care of you.
