Our rates are completely transparent. You will always speak to a owner of Rapid Fire Freight. No hidden fees, no surcharges, no fees like tarping etc, You only pay for the vehicle needed to deliver your delivery. We charge a flat rate plus $1 to $2 dollars per mile. Our trucks/Delivery options
Courier: hand-carried items under 50 lbs
Pickup Truck: up to 1,200 lbs; can carry a couple non-stackable pallets or up to 4 stackable standard pallets (depends on load)
Small Flatbed: flatbed under 20 ft
Large Flatbed: flatbed 20 ft or longer
Heavy Haul: loads over 10,000 lbs or oversized/overwidth — requires a custom quote

Rapid Fire Freight may be a new business but we certainly are not new to hotshot delivery. Our drivers are the backbone of Rapid Fire Freight. Every driver is an experienced hotshot/courier driver with clean driving and motor vehicle records.

For rates: Email donna.lynch@rapidfirefreighthotshot.com or call 346-658-5036 to get a fast quote—our pricing is flat-rate based on the vehicle required for your freight. For small, urgent shipments under 50 pounds we offer a courier (hand-carry) option. We operate 24/7 with ASAP and emergency delivery options; drivers are trackable in real time, must photograph the load at pickup and delivery, and must obtain both a verbal name and a printed name from the receiver to prevent any confusion. All drivers carry their own PPE and TWIC cards. All drivers also go through background checks and motor vehicle checks.
